Information on the processing of personal data

In accordance with national and European privacy regulations (GDPR | General Data Protection Regulation), we disclose the data processing methods employed by our organization concerning the type of data involved.

Data Ownership

The owner of personal data is the Decentralized Autonomous Organization Logistic Green Label.

As the aforementioned DAO does not yet have legal personality, the current interim owner is its Secretary General, Engineer Paolo Tateo, born in Turin on 7/8/73.

The collection of personal data may occur through electronic means, such as completing contact forms or receiving emails intended for our company personnel.

Purpose of processing

Your data will be processed for operational purposes within the institutional activities of the data controller: to respond to your request for information or manage your request to join the decision-making body or advisory committees, and later to keep you updated on Logistic Green Label developments.

Communication of data to third parties

Data may be processed by designated agents appointed by the controller for service delivery; these agents will be selected from collaborators who, in various capacities, perform tasks for DAO Logistic Green Label: employees, project collaborators, occasional collaborators, external consultants, or personnel designated by partner companies to whom specific tasks may be delegated.

If a future operational relationship with the DAO (as an individual or entity represented by you) were to arise, your involvement (as a member of advisory committees, the decision-making body, or the steering committee) may be made public through the DAO's institutional communication channels (website, social media, Aragon platform). However, you will have the power to object and moderate communications related to you, up to denying the use of your name and the entity you represent entirely.

Data protection measures

The processing will be carried out by applying suitable protective measures, both when processed electronically and when processed on paper.

Duration of processing

Unless the data subject explicitly requests deletion, data collected by bindCommerce will be retained indefinitely, adopting appropriate safeguards for their protection.

Optional provision

The provision of your data is optional; on the other hand, if you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with the requested information.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning you. Furthermore, you have the right to obtain information about: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools; d) the identification details of the controller, processors, and designated representative; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives in the territory of the State, processors, or authorized persons.

Moreover, you have the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been made known, including their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the protected right.

Additionally, you have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
