Representation of interested parties
To ensure a broad representation of all interested parties, the founders of the DAO have decided to distribute at least 1000 GGL (Governance Green Label) tokens among the various categories of subjects.
Each of the following categories was assigned a relative weight of 10% (equal to 100 GGL):
- environmental associations representing the natural environment
- consumer associations
- users of logistics services (individual commercial companies and marketplaces)
- logistics operators (warehousing and transport of goods)
- operators in the packaging sector
- manufacturers of motor vehicles and other tools suitable for transporting goods and technical equipment
- logistics service companies
- universities, research bodies and individual experts
- members of Logivery's advisory commissions, other subjects and bodies deemed strategic for the project
- the founder Logivery s.r.l. and his associates
Within each category, the various members then have a weight proportional to their size:
- 1 GGL to micro businesses and individual experts
- 5 GGL to small/medium enterprises, associations of local relevance
- 10 GGL to large companies, associations of at least national importance, universities
Decisions are made by DAO members by simple majority (> 50% of voting tokens).
